This is not the first time Hollywood has strongly opposed filtering services. After all, they were against the Family Movie Act (FMA), a law designed to empower parents and enable filtering services. Vidangel filtering allows me and my family to watch a lot of movies that we would never watch without the filtering. My money going to pay for a movie that I can then watch how I want in the privacy of my own home. Otherwise, they don’t get my money and I don’t get to watch the movie. It seems like a win-win. They get paid and I get to watch the movie how I want to. This censure ship effort is full of irony.

We would honestly not watch the films that are not filtered. We are very cautious about what we show our children and even our older children (19 and nearly 18) choose not to watch anything above PG.

Kenneth Dail Webb Having the option to filter out those parts of a movie that are offensive lets me see movies that I otherwise would not see. VidAngel is a wonderful company that allows me to do this and gives the film industry more money. Keep this company in business!!!

Since starting the use of vid angel this year I have increased my consumption of movies from these ridiculous companies by many fold. Neither I nor my family would not have watched 90% of them EVER if not for the ability to filter them. Vid Angel is the best media service out there for movies. If it is not protected legally it will be a shame on the movie industry and American law.

I would like to see the opportunity to teach our children their values rather than giving that option to society. Thanks goodness for options like Vid Angel. This doesn’t prohibit Hollywood from using their creative license but allows all to enjoy their productions in a variety of ways.
